Any assistance requiring additional troubleshooting will need to have a trouble ticket sent in via the NESD Ticket System. 

USFFC controls the requirements for the development, delivery, and sustainment of eTagOut and PEO MLB provides the eTagOut solution to meet approved requirements.  

 

We, the vendor, are not approved to work on eTagOut without documentation of need.  

To meet this requirement a NESD trouble ticket must be submitted and adjudicated by USFFC.  Thank you for your cooperation.
